Order Cancellation & Return Policy

We use the same policies online as we do in our retail store. We special order each item from the manufacturer for you. Please make sure you want the items you order. If you need to cancel, change or return an item, the manufacturer will charge you a 25% restocking fee. If there has been any shipping cost incurred by either us or the manufacturer that amount is not refundable. If you want to return an item, email us at RMA@4houselighting.com within 1 week of receiving an item to receive a RMA (Return Merchandise Number). All items must be received back from you in the same condition as we sent them. We do not allow returns of items that have been installed or altered in any way. The items must be in the same packing material and you must pay return shipping and insure the package. Please do not send items via the US Postal Service as too many are damaged and you’ll have no insurance. We cannot give credit for damaged goods and you would need to make a claim against the carrier for the loss. We will refund the purchase price minus the 25% restocking fee and less all shipping & handling charges upon receiving the item(s). All sales are final on installed items.
